* You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items for wrong item delivered within 24 hrs of delivery for a full refund. (Unboxing video is must). * Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. * We cannot accept returns of used, worn, or damaged items. * Several types of items are exempt from return, including (list any non-returnable items, e.g., swimwear, customized items).
